Whave have been working with communities and governments across the globe for several years. Their aim is to develop and demonstrate solutions to poverty and conservation issues. Amongst other things they provide training courses and consultation on use of sustainable sources of energy and fuel as well as methods of harvesting and accessing safe water.
They commissioned Make Hay to create their first professional logo and web presence.
The website is a slick, responsive 'single page' scroller style. Clicking the top navigation menu slides the content up and down to the selected section. This is a great solution for a simple, impactful and modern web presence which is accessible on desktop and mobile devices and for an international audience. Its layout presents Whave's introductory content about the organisation and their work as well as a clickable map showing the geographical spread of their projects. Details of the team and contact information are also included, with an online enquiry form.
The logo brief was to create a professional but approachable identity which represents the global reach of Whave's work.
