Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust is part of a national network of wildlife trusts and the leading conservation charity in the county. They work hard to protect local wildlife through the management of over 60 nature reserves and engage the local community with education programmes, events and volunteering opportunities.

This content management system was built using ExpressionEngine, allowing NWT staff to easily administer their  huge amounts of site content. Features include news & events sections, campaigns with media galleries pulling data from Flickr, YouTube and Twitter feeds. An interactive map of the county provides links to detailed pages about the nature reserves across Nottinghamshire and the sign-up facility allows members to join and pay subscriptions online. RSS feeds pull in news from their sister site, Attenborough Nature Centre, and vice versa. This re-build also incorporated a new visual design, bringing the 'look' up to date and on brand.
