Art Aid: Embrace

Art Aid is a charity art auction bringing together artists and art lovers to support people in poor communities affected by climate change.

The Art Aid site needed to provide details of the exhibition, auction and aims and show the artworks available. The site was designed and developed so that all artists' entries could be displayed clearly, organised into categories and be managable by our client via a content management system.

Goodworld Communications is an ethical PR company supporting fair trade and eco companies and charities.The Goodworld site has been brought up to date with stronger visual branding in line with their existing logo. They are also able to keep clients up to date with the world of ethical media news via 'Media Matters', using our Make Mail newsletter service.

Gedling Fairtrade Group in Nottinghamshire are working towards gaining Fairtrade Town status for the borough of Gedling.

Vicky here at Make Hay is a member of the group representing businesses in the area who support Fairtrade. We also contribute to the campaign by building and running the group's website.

Ethical Weddings has been re-launched as an online ethical wedding magazine.

As well as the blog and community forum, we've added lots of new features so that the Ethical Weddings team can provide couples with all the resources they need to plan their wedding. The best part of all is the supplier directory, which shows off ethical wedding suppliers' services as well as their green and ethical credentials.

ecoescape initially began life as a gorgeous book which is a directory of environmentally friendly places to stay in the UK.

Laura, being a web savvy lady, wanted to transform her existing web presence into an online version of her directory and travel guide. We worked with her to create the brand new site layout, searchable directory and much more.

After an amazing year since we first built and began to coordinate Green Girls Global we decided to celebrate its birthday with a make-over and a brand new guys blog - www.greenguysglobal.com.

Keeping in theme with Green Girls we created a brand new logo for the guys and new layouts for both blogs, adding a newsletter and a few extra features.

ScotsCare wanted to keep the visual look and layout of their existing website but asked us to make it accessible and add dynamic areas where they could edit the content themselves.

We also added a few extra pages and a newsletter sign-up facility and there's further, ongoing work in the pipeline.

This is a fresh new version of the SESC website with a completely new visual brand and layout to reflect the changes in their organisation.

Open History is a historical research and archive consultancy team led by Barbra Ruperto and Claire Soulie.

Barbra and Claire wanted to work with an ethical web design team and have their site hosted on green hosting, so they came to us. We also provided logo design for this new business with a web presence which will develop over time.

All Ours is aimed at adults who are feeling isolated and excluded, in particular those who are experiencing mental ill health.

They run weekly social evening sessions with activities that take place in a safe and welcoming environment.
