New website for From Vintage to Vogue

Every so often an e-mail drops into your inbox with a potential web design project that has the magical combination of immediately sparking your interest, making you smile and you know you're going to really get on well with the person from the start.
A few months later and we have From Vintage to Vogue, a non-profit brand created by the kind, creative and determined Lynda Stead. At FVTV Lynda makes and sells beautiful garments and accessories with a nod to vintage style and using vintage and repurposed fabrics. And yes you better believe I snapped up those floral shorts for myself as soon as they were listed in her Etsy shop!
I've loved playing a small part in supporting Lynda with her new venture, building fromvintagetovogue.co.uk in collaboration with her as she developed her ideas. I can't wait to see her enterprise grow into the future, especially as all of her profits are donated to local small charities.
This is a WordPress content management system and Lynda is able to update the pages and blog herself, using her own photos of her fabrics and garments. Having a website created for you with the flexibility to manage it yourself is the perfect combination for many clients who want a professional set up but their own independence going forward. Of course the website is powered by our Green Hosting and we are available to provide technical support and updates as needed as the website and business progresses.
A small but mighty project which was a pleasure to work on.
